Sterling Computers Acquires North Sioux City Facility, Unveils Plans<\/h3>\n

Former Gateway Campus Will Act as New Corporate Headquarters<\/em><\/p>\n

Dakota Dunes, SD, April 17th, 2018<\/b> \u2013<\/p>\n

Sterling Computers Corporation, an industry-leading technology solutions provider, today announced its acquisition of an 83,000-square foot office space and a 106,000-square foot distribution center. Located in North Sioux City, SD, the buildings once housed Gateway Computers and will now act as the corporate headquarters for Sterling, South Dakota\u2019s largest technology company.<\/p>\n

The purchase marks the first phase in an ongoing expansion initiative, one that sees Sterling investing in local property and solidifying its Siouxland roots. Plans call for a complete renovation of the two-story office space with an emphasis on fostering a modern work environment akin to those found in Silicon Valley. Designs include open concepts and ample green space, numerous employee amenities, and an atmosphere conducive to collaboration and growth.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis campus was a natural choice for our new headquarters,\u201d said Brad Moore, President and CEO of Sterling, \u201cas it allows us to accelerate our expansion plans while still grounding the company in our local, Midwest roots. We look forward to adding jobs and partnering with other investors to reinvigorate the former Gateway campus, where many of our employees once called home.\u201d<\/p>\n
