The GSA’s 2nd Generation Information Technology Blanket Purchase Agreements (2GIT BPAs) provide access to Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware/software and services. It incorporates enhanced NIST based Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements and operational controls that significantly improve customers’ secure supply chain. 2GIT BPAs are available to all Department of Defense agencies, as well as all federal, state, local, regional, and tribal governments, consistent with GSA’s Cooperative Purchasing Program.
