Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) provides cost-saving contracts and programs across the United State of America that support colleges, universities, and students. Their primary member states include Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. However, the Dell Products and Services that Sterling is contracted to carry out through MHEC can be utilized by other higher education institutions, K-12 districts and schools, cities, counties, local subdivisions, and state government in the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), Southern Regional Education Board (SREB), and Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE).
