North Sioux City, South Dakota, May 13th, 2024 — Sterling, an award-winning provider of transformative technology solutions, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Jennifer Fung, Strategic Alliances Manager; Megan Moore, Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Partner Alliances; and Bridget Winders, VP of SLED/C Sales, to their Women of the Channel list for 2024.

Every year, CRN highlights women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose vision and leadership have a beneficial influence on the technology industry. The CRN 2024 Women of the Channel honorees are creative, strategic leaders who show ongoing commitment to using their skills to innovate and drive success for their partners and customers.

Fung, as a Strategic Alliances Manager, helps to accelerate channel productivity through strategic collaboration with Sterling’s numerous channel partners, through the development of dynamic marketing campaigns, and through an unwavering emphasis on high-quality, face-to-face engagements. Moore, meanwhile, has spearheaded multiple strategic partnerships and initiatives throughout the previous calendar year, covering topics such as Software, Cloud, AI, and Services. She has also led the charge on developing key channel strategies and aligning those strategies with Sterling’s top partnerships to grow revenue numbers and help alleviate customer pain points. Finally, shifting from delivering “all solutions” to those that are the most impactful, Winders has revolutionized her team’s go-to-market strategy, with particular attention given toward providing exceptionally strong engineering resources and data center solutions from the best technology companies—all in support of customers’ expansion into the Cloud.

Additionally, both Moore and Winders were named to a prestigious subcategory for the Women of the Channel award, what’s known as the Power 100 Solution Provider list.

“These three incredible women are pillars within the Sterling organization, as well as trailblazers for the entire partner channel,” said Jean Moore, Owner and Executive Chairman for Sterling. “Leveraging a remarkable drive for innovation and excellence, they’re constantly pushing the envelope from a strategy, collaboration, and partner-relations standpoint. We couldn’t be prouder of all the brilliant work they do.”

“It is a great privilege to honor the remarkable achievements of these women leaders in the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP, U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company. “Each woman on the list has demonstrated a deep commitment to innovation and leadership that advances their organizations and drives transformation and success across the IT channel.”

The 2024 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine, with online coverage starting May 13 at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
