Sterling connected with a school district to support them in secure procurement, device management, and repair services. Sterling provided them with advanced technical services encompassing end-to-end supply chain management for IT assets that included robust inbound logistics and scalable warehousing solutions. Sterling delivered critical pre-deployment configuration services as well, specifically the multi-asset tagging and serialization of each unit for ease of management. Sterling’s capabilities extended to precision last-mile delivery and deployment logistics, complemented by granular inventory tracking and and manifest generation, which ensured each delivered package was accurately identified with its contained unit’s serial number and asset tag.
Educational Cloud Implementation
Sterling supported an educational institution in implementing AWS cloud services in a cost-effective, well-maintained, and secure manner. Our Cloud Architects first produced a proof-of-concept for the client to help them understand what we were offering and why it was the perfect cloud solution for them. Our team then deployed the AWS solution for day-to-day operations, making sure to put a focus on the security measures surrounding efficient storage and on-premises backups. We made sure to adjust their deployment after cost efficiency was discussed, and we found a reduction for their month-to-month costs without any operational issues.
