Sterling, an industry-leading technology solutions provider, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Jennifer Deitloff, Chief Financial Officer; Megan Moore, Senior Director of Strategic Programs and Partner Alliances; and Mindy Schweitzer, Senior Director of Marketing, as 2023 Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Providers—a subset of prominent executives selected from CRN’s 2023 Women of the Channel list.
The 2023 Women of the Channel honorees bring their creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to bear, leveraging their unique talents to drive success for their customers and technology partners. The annual Power 80 Solution Provider list honors the most influential women in leadership at some of the country’s most prominent solution providers, based on their remarkable expertise, channel advocacy, and contributions to building solution provider businesses that thrive.
Throughout her 18-year tenure, for example, Deitloff has been invaluable to the development and evolution of Sterling’s key internal processes, helping to establish the solution provider’s reputation for delivering efficiency, transparency, and world-class customer service. Moore, meanwhile, engages directly with a large ecosystem of technology providers across the channel, her efforts proving instrumental to the continued success of Sterling’s extensive partnership program as well as to the sales organization as a whole. Finally, in her role as Senior Director of Marketing, Schweitzer ensures the consistency and vitality of the Sterling brand, industry wide. To achieve that aim, she directs company strategy around executing multi-faceted marketing campaigns and market research, promoting brand awareness, and providing ongoing education and vendor training for the staff.
“There is an abundance of talented women in the channel today, and these three women are amongst the best,” said Brad Moore, CEO of Sterling. “Their extraordinary leadership, business savvy, creativity, and drive are qualities that make Jennifer, Megan, and Mindy such a positive influence within our company and the industry. This recognition is well deserved.”
“We are ecstatic to announce this year’s honorees and shine a light on these women for their significant achievements, knowing that what they’ve accomplished has paved the way for continued success within the IT channel,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “The channel is stronger because of them, and we look forward to seeing what they do next.”
The 2023 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine, with online coverage starting May 8th at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
